Nashville, Tennessee
We love staying at the Opryland when we visit Nashville. There’s something to do year round!
Summer
- The Soundwaves outdoor waterpark is open.
- Walk to Grand Ole Opry
- 10-minute-walk to Opry Mills
- Pirate and Princess Academy
- The Captain’s Hidden Treasure Escape Room
Winter
Opryland is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been during the Christmas season…and I’ve been many places in my life. You are allowed to visit Opryland for FREE during Christmas and walk around and enjoy all the lights. My family and I growing up did this every year right before Christmas. Visiting Opryland as an adult brings back all those feelings.
We learn something new every time we visit the Adventure Science Museum. Its a great place to visit on a hot or rainy day. When we visit we normally end up staying over 2 hours.
Murals Throughout the Nashville
This mural by Kelsey Montage is probably the most popular mural in Nashville. I waited about 15 minutes on a weekday to take this picture. You can find this mural HERE
I read this blog when looking for all the popular murals in Nashville.
Nashville Zoo
I’ve been to the Nashville zoo so many times in my life! Every time I’ve gone I’ve seen something new. The zoo is forever changing and it seems always under some sort of construction. (Positive for growth…negative that it’s always under construction)

Nashville is super family friendly! If you find anything new that you think I should add, please let me know!

sprunki betters and loses anti shifted
Mastering Sprunki Betters And Loses Anti Shifted is so rewarding. The music sync with the enemy patterns (or animations) is chef’s kiss. Pro tip: watch for the tempo changes!
